Temple Beth-El has three youth groups, which, taken together, provide a welcoming environment for children in grades 4 through 12. Our College Connection reaches out to our congregation’s undergraduate and graduate college students.
|JUNIOR TEMPLE CLUB (JTC)
JTC (Junior Temple Club) is Temple Beth-El’s “senior” youth group — for students in grades 8 through 12. Our youth group is affiliated with NFTY (North American Federation of Temple Youth) and is run by our elected high school board. Rachel Barnehama serves as Director of Youth Engagement. Throughout the year we have numerous events and activities including special Shabbatot, social justice programs and a hamentaschen sale for Purim.
If you have questions about JTC, please contact Rachel Barnehama at firstname.lastname@example.org

|j-BEAT (JUNIOR BETH-EL ALMOST TEENS)|
j-BEAT is a safe and welcoming environment where any child in grades 6 and 7 can participate in social and stimulating programs. j-BEAT is the place where tweens can escape from the craziness of b’nei mitzvah preparation and middle school while engaging in fun programs with classmates and fellow congregants.
Club 54 is our youth group for 4th and 5th grades. It’s more than just eating pizza and hanging out. Club 54 is where lifelong friendships are made and where students can join with their old friends and make new ones.
